Personal injury Paralegal - Gpac

Position: PI Settlement Disbursement Paralegal

Location: St. Louis, MO

Start Date: Early next year (Preferably January)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the settlement disbursement process for personal injury cases
• Conduct negotiations with various parties, including lien holders
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure accurate and timely case resolution
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to settlements
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting personal injury cases

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in handling PI settlement disbursement and lien negotiations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in legal research and document management
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in Missouri

Compensation:

• Pay: $25-$35 per hour (commensurate with experience)
• Quarterly bonus pay
• Competitive benefits package
• Half-day Fridays
• Window office
