The firm is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Personal Injury Plaintiffs Attorney to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload of personal injury plaintiffs matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other negligence claims.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to personal injury cases.
• Conduct depositions, attend mediations, and advocate for clients in court hearings and trials.
• Provide compassionate and strategic legal counsel to individuals and families affected by personal injury.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy, negotiation, and litigation planning.
• Engage in settlement negotiations while preparing for trial when necessary.

Qualifications:

• 2-10 years of trial experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff-side experience preferred but not required).
• Must be Bar licensed in Arkansas, in good standing.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills specific to personal injury cases.
• Proven ability to handle cases from inception to trial, with demonstrated trial experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
