Personal Injury Trial Attorney - Robert Half

Description Multi-state personal Injury firm with office in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney. This role is to primarily handle a wide variety of personal injury cases, representing clients in arbitrations and mediations, depositions, and participate in trial proceedings. An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in litigation, with trial experience a plus. This firm offers a path to partnership. Responsibilities include: - Handle a broad range of personal injury cases - Represent clients in various arbitrations and mediations - Participate actively in trial proceedings, presenting cases in front of a judge or jury to secure the best possible outcome for clients - Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft legal documents - Argue cases in court to defend the rights of our clients - Work closely with support staff in preparing cases for trial Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $200,000 with lucrative bonuses.
