Personal Insurance Advisor - Primary Location

You will be responsible for ensuring your clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may be beneficial to their goals. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while building relationships with many of our amazing personal insurance clients

Prior insurance experience required.

Candidates can expect a base salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 and will immediately be eligible to participate in our lucrative new business incentive.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up..
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone or in person
• Process customer policy change requests and handle customer renewals.

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
