Responsibilities

• Policy Review: Regularly review insurance policies and coverage options, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
• Renewals: Coordinate the renewal process, communicating with clients to ensure their coverage continues seamlessly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to address complex client needs and provide comprehensive service.

• Licensing: Must hold a valid Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience: 2 years insurance industry is ideal.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Customer-Centric: Proven track record of exceptional customer service and ability to build enduring customer relationships.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions effectively.
• Tech Skills: Proficient with insurance-related software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
