Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring their policies are up-to-date and address any client inquiries or concerns effectively and promptly.
• Policy Review: Regularly review insurance policies and coverage options, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
• Renewals: Coordinate the renewal process, communicating with clients to ensure their coverage continues seamlessly.
• Documentation: Accurately maintain and update client records, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to address complex client needs and provide comprehensive service.

• Licensing: Must hold a valid Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience: 2 years insurance industry is ideal.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Customer-Centric: Proven track record of exceptional customer service and ability to build enduring customer relationships.
