Salary Range: $35000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) Work Schedule
Responsibilities
- Handle home and auto endorsements efficiently.
- Process payments and manage mortgagee changes accurately.
- Answer phone calls and assist clients with their inquiries.
- Manage cancellation requests and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update client information as needed.
Requirements
- 4-40 insurance license is required to start.
- Have at least 1 year of insurance experience.
- Experience with Applied Epic, QuoteRUSH, and EZLynx is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain professional phone and office etiquette.
- Showcase great time management skills.
- Be a team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
