Personal Lines Account Manager/Customer Service Representative - Allen & Stults Company

Our office is expanding, and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, rounding accounts to ensure that all clients are appropriately covered, and answering any questions our clients may have.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Receive, quote, and process incoming new business submissions.
• Maintain contact with clients throughout the year to cultivate and preserve relationships.
• Keep up to date on client account changes through account review and steady client contact.
• Process renewals, policy change requests, and issue insurance documents as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all products in order to advise clients accurately.

• Property & Casualty License required.
• Personal Lines Insurance experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, thorough, and detail-oriented.
• Intermediate computer and technology proficiency.
