Personal Lines Account Manager - Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 75k/year - Middleton, MA

• Our client, a close-knit, 100+ year independent agency in the Middleton, MA area has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. They provide auto, home, and business insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a book of home, auto, umbrella, boat, inland marine, flood, renters, some HNW, etc.
• Service book of business, renewals, issuing binders, billing, claims, issuing binders, certificates, policies, proposals, endorsements, etc.

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed. 
• Knowledge of AMS360 is a plus. 
• 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience. 

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 60k - 75k/year range, plus commission on new business.  
• In addition, the agency offers Health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, PTO, 401k plus match, etc.
• Hybrid schedule. 4 days in office, 1 day remote.
• Close-knit, family-oriented company culture.
