RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quote and sell new Personal Lines Policies, ensuring accurate maintenance of client records in both digital and paper formats.
- Cross-sell to existing clients by obtaining expiration dates of policies and maintaining an up-to-date prospect database.
- Review and renew coverage for existing accounts, remarketing policies as necessary or upon client request.
- Complete and submit change requests, endorsements, and amendments while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Maintain comprehensive client files and documentation, adhering to established procedures for account management and customer communication.
- High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Preferred)
- Maintain required insurance licensing
