Salary Range: $50000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with policy inquiries, changes, and updates.
Policy Management: Manage personal lines accounts, including home and auto insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate client files, ensuring all policy-related documents are properly recorded.
Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by clients regarding their insurance policies and work towards finding satisfactory resolutions.
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance-related software.
