Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring their insurance needs are met. Your primary duties will include handling policy renewals, processing policy changes, and addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal insurance, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. This is a full-time remote position. Computer equipment will be provided by the company upon hire.
Professional Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming service requests from existing clients, and provide exceptional customer service
- Review clients existing accounts for discounts and coverage recommendations
- Re-evaluate coverage limits to ensure customer is properly insured
- Requote/Remarket clients for all personal lines insurance products as needed and/or requested by the client
- Sales Agent support, and help other members of your team as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Personal Lines Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Experience – Home, Auto, Umbrella, and other specialty lines.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2044 or 220 Florida Insurance license
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new systems quickly, experience with AMS360 a plus
- Strong organizational skills, including daily prioritizing and logical thinking
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully while expediting issues
- Ability to work in deadline-oriented environment
- Able to work with others in teams
- Bilingual Spanish and English beneficial, but not required
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Remote Work Requirements:
- Reliable and Stable Internet Connection: Ensure a minimum speed and reliability to support video calls and online work. Must have the capability for a wired internet connection.
- Dedicated Workspace: Maintain a quiet and organized area to focus on work tasks.
- Communication Tools: Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace).
- Time Management Skills: Ability to self-manage workload and meet deadlines independently.
- Availability During Core Hours: Be accessible during specified work hours or overlapping time zones for team collaboration.
- Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourcefulness in resolving technical or work-related challenges remotely.
- Data Security Awareness: Adherence to company policies for data protection and secure handling of sensitive information.

Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience
A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
