Job Title: Personal Lines Insurance Agent Location: Southern Maine- South Paris, Scarborough, Gray, Auburn areas available License Requirement: Active Maine Property & Casualty Insurance License Experience: 3-5 years in personal lines insurance

About Us: We’re dedicated to providing personalized insurance solutions to our clients. We’re seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our team and deliver exceptional service while helping clients find the right coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and service personal lines policies (auto, home, renters, umbrella).
• Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored coverage recommendations.
• Generate and present quotes, review renewals, and handle policy changes.
• Guide clients through the claims process and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to agency growth.

Qualifications:

• Active Maine Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
• 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products and underwriting.
• Excellent communication and sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office.
