Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a seasoned professional, you are needed to offer top-notch customer service at our company. You'll be responsible for giving insightful advice and directions to clients on various types of insurance such as home, auto, and renters insurance. Working in the insurance industry requires a comprehensive knowledge of current trends and strategies as well as excellent communication skills and sound problem-solving abilities. To excel, you must possess a thorough understanding of this field and be prepared to stay up-to-date on the latest developments. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to work both independently and cohesively as part of a team. Additionally, it's important that you have a passion for helping others and strive to provide excellent customer service.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Greet customers with an upbeat, positive attitude. Provide exceptional customer service and be outstanding at relationship building.
- Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions they may have.
- Update and Make changes to insurance policies as needed.
- Process premium payments.
- Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Schedule appointments
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
Requirements
- Georgia Property and Casualty License Required.
- Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
