In-office position

Salary Range: $52000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients and schedule appointments.
• Educate and advise clients on insurance policies that best suits their needs.
• Generating insurance quotes and closing sales.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

• Must currently possess an active New Jersey Property and Casualty License
• 5+ years as a Personal Lines Account Manager
• Experience in Agency Management Systems
• Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.
• Ambitious and goal-oriented
• Works well with other employees and is a team player.
