Personal Lines Insurance Program Manager - National Insurance Company - Base Salary to 150k/year - Anaheim, CA

• Our client, a leading national insurance company, has an immediate opening for a Personal Lines Manger to work on a hybrid basis in their Anaheim office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prominent industry leader with significant potential for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Overall management or daily operations on the personal lines program.
• Monitoring program performance and KPI’s of team members.
• Apply underwriting rules and guidelines, rating manual rules and insurance laws and regulations.
• Assess risk quality and compliance within company guidelines and initiate appropriate loss prevention actions.
• Participates in visiting agents, brokers and producers with a more senior underwriter and learns to retain existing accounts, build and maintain business relationships and develop new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience working with personal line insurance policies.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• Knowledge of best practices in underwriting, risk assessment, and compliance procedures.
• Availability for limited travel.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 150k/year.
• PPO Medical & Dental Insurance, Vision & Life Insurance, 401k, and Paid Vacation & Sick Days
• Hybrid work schedule after 90 days.
