Salary Range: $60000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
- Focus on new insurance business and prospect the leads generated by lead sources.
- Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns.
- Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
- Guide current staff on handling client coverages and communications
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
- Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License Required. Property and Casualty Licensing Fee Paid 100% by Employer.
- 1+ years of sales experience (phone sales, real estate, banking, inside or outside sales, or luxury retail sales). Insurance experience is a plus
- Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
- Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
