- Provide comprehensive support to clients regarding personal insurance needs, including auto, home, and other personal policies.
- Offer tailored insurance advice based on each client's specific situations and coverage requirements.
- Conduct detailed reviews of existing policies, recommending necessary adjustments or additional coverage options.
- Inform clients about various insurance products, policy options, and the advantages of different types of coverage.
- Efficiently handle new applications, renewals, and policy updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Address client inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Demonstrated experience in personal lines insurance sales or customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
