RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Personal Lines Service Specialist, you will be integral to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our Personal Lines team. Collaborating closely with account managers, you'll assist with client transactions, service accounts, and address billing inquiries.

Salary range is $42,000 - 60,000 per year, based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Personal Lines Service Specialist, you will be integral to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our Personal Lines team. Collaborating closely with account managers, you'll assist with client transactions, service accounts, and address billing inquiries.
- Serve as the primary contact for billing and payment questions, ensuring prompt and thorough responses to client needs.
- Efficiently complete RMV transactions and handle requests for binders and certificates of insurance.
- Assist account managers with rating, quoting, reviewing, and binding Personal Lines risks while adhering to underwriting guidelines.
- Contribute to proactive renewal initiatives by quoting client accounts ahead of renewal dates.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for streamlining processes to leadership.
- Participate in seminars and training to enhance skills and competencies.
- BA/BS Preferred
- Insurance Producer License or willingness to obtain
- Strong desire to learn
- Possesses good listening skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Possesses good communication and organizational skills
- Possesses a sense of urgency
- Problem solver
