PERSONAL SERVICES MANAGER

CareStar Personal Services is currently seeking a Personal Services Manager in the Personal Services department and for providing management of the Personal Services Department by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company functions to effectively deliver great customer service to external clients.
THE POSITION
CareStar is looking for motivated individuals who/to:
- Directly supervises and oversees staff, including hiring, firing and providing performance evaluations, as well as identifying individual development goals and objectives.
- Maintains open and direct contact with program staff personnel.
- Ensures staff maintains compliant, up-to-date training and immunization records.
- Schedules staff to ensure coverage for clients and responsibilities to be performed without interruption.
- Maintains all certifications necessary in each state where business is conducted.
- Develops, drives and maintains client satisfaction metric achievement.
- Makes decisions for elevated situations or issues that arise and resolves them accordingly.
- Makes and receives calls, including availability for “after hours” calls, to address issues, as well as assess eligibility of participants according to program-specific criteria and timeframes.
- Builds and maintains working relationships with current and potential referral sources.
- Determines Company’s willingness and ability to provide or reject services for prospective clients.
- Possession of, or working toward completion of, Bachelor’s Degree within one (1) year and at least one (1) year experience in the healthcare field, or some combination thereof.
- If working toward a bachelor’s degree, it is expected to be earned within one (1) year of the position start date.
- At least one (1) year of experience in telephone customer service and management preferred.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, including effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, independently and as part of a team.
