Your Role
As a Personal StylistsManager, you cultivate and lead the Personal Stylistsprogram on-site within your respective store. The Personal Stylist Manager is committed to fostering client relationships through the coaching of the Personal Stylists; specifically focused onretainingand growing the lifetime value of loyal clients. You are the strategic business managertoPersonalStylistsand you hold them accountable. You will report to either a Senior Group Manager or the Director of Sales Experience.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training new Personal Stylists and developing potential NM associates to grow into the Personal Stylist program.
- Coach and develop Personal Stylists through one-on-one strategy sessions toidentifyclient engagement and spend opportunity based on lifestyle and shopping history.
- Oversee the Personal Stylists’ development of successful outreach strategies that enables them to grow their business through digital selling and in-person FRE’s.
- Offer product knowledge, trend updates and selling skills to drivewardrobingand styling.
- Proactively build positive and productive relationships with brand partners and merchants to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Manage the operational aspects of the Personal Styling Studio and business tooptimizeprocesses, inventory, and client experience. Inclusive of tracking special order/merchandise deliveries.
- Oversee the management of the Stylist assistants to maximize resources and improve productivity.
- Assist the Personal Stylists to create individualized strategies to develop/nourish existing client base and foster/grow new client pipeline.
- Establish andmaintaina local community network through philanthropic involvement, partnerships and attending social and seasonal events.
- Partner with Cross-functional team to strategize extraordinary, personalized events for the Personal Stylist team.
What You Bring
- Track recordof building teams and achieving results through people
- Sellingexpertiseacross all categories with product knowledge foundation
- 6-8 years of relevant experience, luxury retail fashion experiencepreferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- "Win together"mentality
- Basicproficiencywith MS Office Product Suite
