Personal Trainers provide individualized programming and instruction to each client to achieve the member's health, fitness, and wellness goals. At the same time, Personal Trainers provide the highest level of customer service. You will be provided warm leads with newly signed up members as you conduct a fitness assessment. The goal is to sell and book this new member with PT sessions. You must be able to find and build clientele yourself. We can provide you with beneficial tools and resources to help you book clients.

Job Description:
Personal Trainers provide individualized programming and instruction to each client to achieve the member's health, fitness, and wellness goals. Responsibilities/duties:
- Build a clientele base through conducting fitness assessments and affirming the value of personal training while demonstrating and teaching safe and proper exercise techniques.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals and needs.
- Perform goal setting, frequent follow-ups, body composition testing, and re-assessments to retain PT clientele.
- Be responsible for achieving personal monthly revenue objectives set forth by the company.
- Demonstrate organizational and time-management skills.
- An ability to self-promote and market on social media platforms and through active networking endeavors.
- Possess the ability to adjust and operate all fitness equipment appropriately.
- Present an enthusiastic, passionate, friendly, and ambitious attitude and work ethic.
- Trainers must be adaptable to changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Certification preferred but not required (IN HOUSE CERTIFICATIONS AVAILABLE)
- Adhere to strict confidentiality rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Working various shifts.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
- Must Pass Background Screening and Drug Testing.
- A passion for fitness and health!
- Upbeat and positive attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
Hours: Open Availability
Rate of Pay: $30 - $40 Depending on experience, plus commission.
