Responsibilities:
- Seeking a senior program analyst to provide senior personnel administrative support to the Marine Corps Embassy Group. Provides critical and advanced administrative work supporting overall program management with the goal of ensuring a seamless delivery of administrative services. Ability to problem solve pro-actively and autonomously, exercise good judgement and initiatives that are in sync with the views and objectives of the organization’s leadership and mission. Work includes a full range of personnel administrative functional areas including office management, audit, compliance, program evaluations/inspections, case documentation, data analysis, ability to communicate with exceptional compassion, tact, and diplomacy. Ability to travel up to 25% as needed to support stateside and oversea organizations.
- Develop and implement practice strategies for the processing of all personnel administration services as an end-to-end solution, which includes information research/collection, information dissemination, system reporting, and documentation/records retention.
- Provide expert advice and support for executive leadership, customer support, and adjacent and higher headquarter inquiries regarding Marine Security Guard program personnel administrative requirements.
- Provide overall program management and support and oversight of multiple personnel administrative components including separations, retirements, travel entitlements, legal administration, pay, and other military compensation.Develop and track key metrics for program success.
- Serves as advisor and consultant to senior management on the full range of personnel administrative functions.
- Have and maintain current knowledge of programs, services, and regulations related to personnel administration at the DoD, Service, and organization levels.
- Have the ability to manage a team of resources, active supervision, performance support, and facilitate team meetings with globally dispersed organizations.
- Support program evaluation during organization inspections requiring travel to subordinate organizations.
- Augment, as needed, subordinate organizations administrative support offices.
- Possesses an Bachelor’s Degree.
- Requires a Secret security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power Apps) and office technology equipment.
- Possesses excellent written, communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
- Committed, and able, to promote a teamwork environment.
- Expert knowledge and experience in processing personnel and legal administration, military separations, retirements, travel, pay, and other compensation requirements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency and skills with data management, quality assurance, data audit, and data entry concepts and practice.
- Ability to multitask and be able to solve or diffuse complex problems and situations.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills for complex pay-related and travel situations.
- Possess necessary knowledge, skills, education, and/or professional experience equivalent to 5+ years work experience support the personnel administrative requirements of the Marine.

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
- Occasionally moves about inside the office to access office equipment.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Must be able to work indoor conditions 90% of the time.
- Travel, when required, is primarily out of the area travel and overnight is expected.
- To begin contract performance, the Program Analyst shall possess a Secret clearance.
