Pest Control Service Specialist Responsibilities:
- Conduct pest control treatments on residential and commercial properties.
- Inspect premises to identify infestation source and extent of damage.
- Determine appropriate treatment methods based on findings.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to apply treatments.
- Educate customers on pest prevention measures and treatment options.
- Document service activities and provide recommendations for future prevention.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pest control or related field is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of pest control methods and chemicals.
- Strong sales skills to upsell services and products.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and environments, including indoor, and outdoor settings, heights, and tight spaces.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.
