Pest Control Specialist - Green Pest Guys

This position enjoys an attractive salary range of $42,000-$55,000 annually plus commission, along with comprehensive benefits, including:

GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

In this role, you will manage a designated territory, addressing both residential and commercial pest control needs. As a Pest Control Specialist, your day begins at home, where you will be dispatched directly to job sites using a company vehicle equipped with all the necessary tools. You will diagnose and treat pest issues, communicate effectively with clients and office staff, and efficiently manage your appointments and tasks. Occasionally, you may be required to work on Saturdays depending on service demands and weather conditions, but your typical schedule will be Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.

• Good driving record
• Certified technician license
• Professional appearance and grooming
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage time and appointments effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification and prior pest control experience
