When you join RadNet as a PET/CT Coordinator, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Review all clinical documentation for all costly PET isotopes including Axumin® and NETSPOT® for both east and west coast.
- Compile all clinical notes, pathology, lab, and prior imaging to create clinical summaries for Dr. Rose to review for a payable indication and for radiologist’s dictation.
- Track clinical information and assessments to use for future publications and CMS decisions.
- Coordinate Cancer Research Collaboration case assignments and ensure that appropriate reading criteria and reporting structure is used in reference to clinical trial guidelines.
- Coordinate PET/CT protocols, tracers, and other new technologies with Dr. Rose. Work directly with local tumor board coordinators to compile clinical information for review.
- Assist radiologists with identifying clinical documentation and imaging to construct presentations.
- Assist all BRMG Medical Directors on peer review submissions and entries across all modalities.
- Coordinate radiologist recruitment for all PET/CT and assist with other modalities.
- Be able to cover all positions within physician’s division if needed.
- Demonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
- Safeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in clinical or science-related area or equivalent experience preferred
- College course work/experience in sciences and experience with collection of research data, clinical project design, and methodology preferred.
- High level of computer literacy using Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills to interact effectively with physicians, nurses, patients and their families, and study sponsors, both verbally and via written reports and communications.
- High level of detail orientation
