Our 11,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility houses a 5,000 sq. ft. full-care hospital located on our upper level, a 5,000 sq. ft. Pet Resort located on our lower level, and an additional 1,000 sq. ft. on our top floor dedicated to continuing education for both staff and clients. Our practice requires all staff to hold themselves to the highest standard of care, and to expect the same from their employer. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Maintain the visual appeal of the Pet Resort reception and lobby area, greet and welcome clients and patients, schedule boarding, grooming and dayplay appointments, check in and check out clients and process payments.

Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

We’re looking for:

• Experienced Pet Resort Receptionist skilled in booking pet boarding, grooming and daycare with a minimum of 1-year experience preferred
• Compassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator
• Highly organized and possess computer skills
• Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset
