Description/Job Summary
Handles day-to-day operations of the agency.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Ensures smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer service and profitability.
- Manage team of employees, providing guidance, training and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
- Maintain relationships with team, companies and ownership to ensure the agency's operations meet expectations.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Assists with other job-related duties as assigned by management.

- Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities are crucial.
- Skill in training and managing employees.
- Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and Agency Software.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance industry.
Required Education
High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education
Preferred bachelor's degree in business, insurance or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Colorado P & C License.
- Insurance designation preferred.
