About the Job
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Hands on experience in handling the Pharma LAB devices and instrument.
- Strong Windows Desktop Support Experience.
- Exposure of Medical instruments connections to desktops.
- Basic knowledge of Linux OS, Mapping the drive, network checks.
- Understanding of GxP, GMP process.
- Desktop Hardware and troubleshooting at L2 + (Window 10, 7).
- Experience in handling IT Desktop support for a PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY (Pharmaceutical, Client, Vertex, Client, Lilly etc.)
- Exposure on pharma equipment like Taimo, Thermo Omnic FTIR, Quant studio, ChemStation.
- Good exposure and understanding of IT infra like Antivirus, AD, Asset Management, Windows Patching.
