Pharmaceutical Sales Recruiter - Tandym

We have an exciting opportunity for a strong Pharmaceutical Sales Recruiter.

The Pharmaceutical Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales professionals to join a growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, sales strategies, and the ability to identify candidates who can drive business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
* Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
* Job Postings: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
* Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.
* Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Skills:
o Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales roles and requirements.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
o High preference to experience working with ADP though not required.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
