Job Description
Clinical Coordinator assists with maintaining the specialty
pharmacy business in accordance with departmental standards, internal and external reporting requirements, accreditation standards, and pharmacy laws and regulations.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required: Doctor of Pharmacy required from an accredited institution.
- Required: Completion of PGY-1 residency in an acute care setting with additional 2 (two) years of clinical experience or completion of PGY-2 residency.
- Preferred: 2 years Residency training.
- Required: Licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
- Required: Completion of an accredited Residency in Hospital Pharmacy, specialty training in Disease State Management.
- Required: ACPE IV certification.
- Preferred: Antimicrobial stewardship certification.
- Required: ACLS certification.
- Required: AHA BLS.
- Encouraged any Board of Pharmacy Specialty certifications.
