Requirements:
- Must be a registered pharmacist with a current license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Must possess either a BS in Pharmacy or a Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Minimum 1 year infusion therapy compounding experience.
Pay: The anticipated wage for this position is between $69 to $
Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania
Schedule- Monday – Friday- 8:30 to 5:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain, interpret, and evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness, safety, and completeness.
- Participate in patient evaluations for therapy acceptance, product selection, and supply management.
- Compound, package, and label sterile products while adhering to safety standards.
- Check compounded sterile products and manage pharmacy operations according to 797 requirements.
- Communicate clinical and technical information with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Pay Details: $69.00 to $70.59 per hour
