Pharmacy Cashier-Bilingual (Naples) - Healthcare Network

• Rings up patients and provide excellentcustomer service.
• Ensures accurate check out to patient by verifying name, date of birth, and address.
• Reconciles cash register at the end of the shift.
• Assist with putting away drug orders (except Clls) as permitted by law.
• Maintain and manage over-counter drugproducts, order and stock adequate inventory.
• Checks in, processes and put in stock or elsereturn bins accurately.
• Participates actively in performanceimprovement/special projects.
• Collects patient payments and accuratelyperforms cashier functions.
• Distributes pharmaceuticals to MEFMCdepartments.
• Replenishes Sharing the Care pharmaceuticals.
• Promptly and professionally answers pharmacytelephone, and responds to inquiries.
• Follows infection control policies andprocedures.
• Complies with all federal and state laws, rules and regulations.
• Complies with HCN policy and procedures at alltimes.
• Adheres to HCN workflow and ensure qualityassurance standards are maintained at all times.
• Pulls outdated, damaged and recalled merchandise and prepare for return.

Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.The Pharmacy Cashier works alongside the pharmacist to perform clerical and cashier duties within the pharmacy.
