Requirements: To be considered for this role you must have the following experience, and certifications:

 

- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Clerk

- Customer Service /Administrative experience within the home health industry

- Must have strong Data Entry skills

-Experience scheduling home-based medical services in a big plus!

- Must reside within a reasonable driving distance to Malvern, PA .

- High School Diploma or equivalent GED

- Excellent Written and verbal skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft WORD  and Excel spreadsheets

- Prior authorization experience

 

Job Duties:

As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will:

-Assist with maintenance of patient files, Sort and file Physician Orders and all clinical documentation.

-Coordination of home infusion orders.

-Provide administrative support to the specialty team - typing/faxing/tracking physician's orders, discharging patient from service, filling of paperwork in the correct sections of medication.

-Call patient to confirm delivery of coordinating with internal team members, documenting discussion in progress notes, rescheduling patient for subsequent deliveries.

-Track patient pumps - swapping out when pump is due for PM and retrieving pumps when patient discharges from services.

 

Job Location:  Malvern, PA

 

Pay- The anticipated wage for this position is between $18 and $18.60

Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

 

Schedule-
Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch- Opportunity for overtime based on business need.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $18.60 per hour
