+ Department: Pharmacy Services
+ Schedule: Rotating, PRN - Every other weekend on day shift (either 7am-3:30pm or 9am-5:30pm). Some weekends may be working on medication histories (8am-4:30pm). Required to work 16 to 20 hours a pay period with an additional 4 hours of project time (in addition to the weekend) at minimum. May pick up extra shifts if schedule permits.

Responsibilities
Perform the duties of a staff pharmacist under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
+ Under direct supervision, maintain proper narcotic documentation and ensures proper distribution of narcotic medications.
+ Under direct supervision, ensure appropriate selection of dosing, administering and monitoring of medication.
+ Dispense medications accurately for delivery to patient care areas. May compound medications.
+ Assist pharmacists with maintaining and monitoring patient profiles. Provide medication information and education to medical staff and patients.

+ High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
