• ability to adjust to a fluctuating work environment while maintaining a solid work ethic,
• general knowledge of office practices and procedures,

• high school diploma or equivalent, and
• 1 year of customer service, retail, or pharmacy operations experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate’s degree in any discipline,
• 2 years of customer service experience, or
• 2 years of retail operations experience, or
• 2 years pharmacy operations experience, or
• 1 year of Publix retail experience, and/or
• Second language, preferably Spanish – fluent.
