Responsible for the activities and work efforts of employees assigned to a specific shift or operation. Supervisors may be expected to routinely function as staff. Is actively engaged and models the skills and behaviors of the 9 Studer Principles leading to an outcome of organizational excellence. Supervises activities consistent with department goals. Typically, it reports to a Director or Manager. Is an active advocate of Blessing Health System in the community.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.
- Education/Training/Experience:

REQUIRED:
- Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy/Pharm.D.
- A minimum of 1 year hospital pharmacy experience.

PREFERRED:
- Pharmacy residency and an additional 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
- License/Certifications/Special Requirements:
- Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Illinois or eligibility to obtain such.
