Pharmacy Technician, Data Entry Supervisor

The Pharmacy Solutions Group of Indiana is currently recruiting for a Data Entry Supervisor.

PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT

The Data Entry Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day supervision of all staff associated with data entry. The role will provide staff scheduling to ensure shift coverage and research and resolve escalated business service issues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide scheduling to support operational hours and ensure complete staff coverage across multiple shifts
• Manage day to day work through utilization of dashboard and collaboration with pharmacy dispensing staff
• Excellent skills with FrameworkLTC, Point Click Care, MatrixCare, and other business applications as needed
• Generate standard reports for the functional area and track all employee performance for high volume transaction area
• Oversee day to day employee performance
• Provide functional advice and training to team members as needed
• Effectively collaborate with all internal and external business partners
• Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA
• Other duties as deemed necessary

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Required

• Demonstrate core competencies of leadership, planning and execution, solution oriented, strong communication skills, collaborative business partner
• Advanced to expert skills in Outlook/Excel/Word and able to effectively analyze data
• Perform multiple tasks effectively
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to lead a team
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
• PTCB National Certification
