Your main tasks will involve managing inbound calls at our National Customer Care Center from members, pharmacies, and prescribers, ensuring high standards of productivity, adherence to schedule, and quality are maintained.

Your main tasks will involve managing inbound calls at our National Customer Care Center from members, pharmacies, and prescribers, ensuring high standards of productivity, adherence to schedule, and quality are maintained.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inform prescribers about the formulary and the process for obtaining prior authorization.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members regarding issues and their solutions.
- Input customer information and other pertinent details into our documentation system.
- Resolve pharmacy benefit queries for members.
- Offer immediate assistance to pharmacies regarding point of service questions.
- Follow strictly the standard operating procedures to guarantee accuracy in contact handling and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent level of experience is preferred.
- A background of 3 to 5 years in recent PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) and/or pharmacy-related roles is essential.
- Holding a Pharmacy Technician Certification (such as PTCB, NCCT, or ExCpt) is an advantage.
- Ability to handle real-time issues.
- Proficient in managing telephone communications.
- Proficiency in English is required, with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently.
