About the Role:
As a Pharmacy Tech at Poudre Infusion Therapy, you will:
- Interpret physician orders, compound sterile medications, and ensure proper delivery to nursing facilities, patient homes, or infusion suites, adhering to aseptic techniques and regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, track stock, maintainaccurate records, and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.
- Assist with scheduling patient appointments for medication delivery and infusion, provide customer service and relayimportant information to pharmacists.
- Adhere to accreditation standards (USP, OSHA, FDA, etc.), maintain records of compounding, cleaning, and delivery processes, and verify all calculations prior to compounding.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
- Must have a current driver's license and possess reliable transportation.
- Active Pharmacy Technician licensure required.
- Pharmacy experience preferred.
- IV certification is greatly preferred.
- 1+ year of experience with aseptic compounding preferred.
- Prior chemotherapy, hazardous compounding experience, and/or home infusion pharmacy technician experience preferred.
Skills:
- Ability to accurately fill prescriptions, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Effectively communicating with patients, healthcare professionals, and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Efficiently managing tasks such as inventory control, paperwork, and medication delivery to maintain smooth pharmacy operations.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $20 - $25/hr. DOE
