We seek aPharmacy Technicianto support all functions of the Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
Location:Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 1200 North Bishop Street, Suite 200, San Marcos, TX 78666 and Wednesday and Friday at 1705 S Capital of Texas Hwy, Suite 15-, Austin, TX 78746 (flexibility to switch locations and days as business needs arise)
Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm CST with lunch from 12:30pm to 1:00pm CST
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provideexceptional customer servicetoall consumersandmembersofthe clinic staff
- Fillsprescriptionordersandmakesthemavailablefor verificationunderdirect supervisionoftheregisteredpharmacist
- Orders,receives,and storesincomingpharmacy supplies
- Receivesandprocesseswholesalermedicationorders
- Verifiesmedication stockandentersdatain computertomaintaininventoryrecords
- WorkswiththePharmacisttoassetinthepharmacyfunctionsand keepingthepharmacyin compliancewithallfederaland staterequirements
- Performs various clericaldutiesrelatingtothedepartment
- Communicateswith strongprofessional verbalandwritten communication skills
- Otherdutiesasassigned

Required Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state of Texas
- Access to reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
