The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 4 assumes ownership and leads advanced and highly specialized administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.Hours: 9:30AM-6PM Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays from 12:30-4:30PM
Location: This is an onsite role. 512 Elmwood Avenue, Sharon Hill, PA 19079
The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 4:
- Ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team.
- Accurately fills and counts medications.
- Uses learned leadership skills to act as a daily team lead overseeing and training pharmacy technicians
- Coordinates work activities and monitors progress towards schedules/goals,

Required Qualifications
- 2 + years as a Pharmacy Technician
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician Team Lead or in a formal leadership role
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous training experience
- National certification, PTCB CphT

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
