Job description:

Assists mail order pharmacies by answering phone calls from mail order customers. Calls include but not limited to general inquiries of using mail order, setting up a web account, prescription requests, and tracking orders. Assists the pharmacies by answering customer emails and web chats. Updates patient records on multiple systems.

Schedule & location:

v 7a-6:15p Mon - Fri; 7:45 - 4:15P on Saturdays and they will work about 2 Saturdays per/month with a day off during the week; No Sundays

v Issaquah WA 98027

Salary/Wage:

v New tech: $18.50/hr

v Techs with 2+ years experience: $21.50

v Techs with 5+ years experience: $23.50

v This does not include the $2/hr premium we give to nationally certified technicians. (so $25.50 for Natl Certified, Licensed, experienced with 5+ years)
