You will make an impact by:
- Managing the philanthropic donation processes for multiple foundations and corporate giving programs, including data entry, committee support, and awardee communication.
- Maintaining databases for tracking volunteerism, donations, scholarships, and alumni activities.
- Preparing meeting agendas, memos, presentations, and correspondence related to philanthropy programs.
- Coordinating office calendars, attending meetings to record minutes, and processing confidential information.
- Supporting fundraising activities through prospect research, data processing, donor correspondence/ stewardship, and program tracking.
- Facilitating multiple scholarship program processes, including online application portal administration, committee organization, applicant outreach, response summarization, and awardee/non-awardee communication.
Your experience includes:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing increasingly complex and highly responsible office and administrative support work including work in an executive/senior management business office environment.
- Experience in a non-profit organization or family office is preferred.
- Highly reliable, trustworthy, and performs work with strong decorum and business etiquette.
- Experience supporting multiple tasks in a high-paced environment that includes the ability to take control and manage tasks independently to closure.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac computer.
- Strong organizational skills with an excellent attention to detail.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Please note that this is an onsite position where you will work in our Administrative office in Irvine daily.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designation preferred.
Salary:
- $27.70/hour - $37.39/hour
