About the Job
The Phillips Medisize Strategic Marketing organization is seeking an Integrated Communications intern to join our Global Strategic Marketing team for Summer 2025. This is a hybrid position that requires spending three days per week in our Hudson, Wisconsin, headquarters. Hudson is a suburb of the Twin Cities located approximately 30 minutes east of Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN.

What You Will Do
You will join a dynamic, growing Global Strategic Marketing team that is focused on marketing our design, development and production services to leading pharmaceutical, medical device and in vitro diagnostic customers. If you have an interest in pursuing a marketing, brand, content, and/or communications career in the pharma or medtech industry, this is an exciting and incredibly unique opportunity!
The Integrated Communications Intern will develop skills and experience in brand communications and marketing content strategy. You will plan and develop external customer-facing and employee engagement brand content. You will have an opportunity to develop relationships and collaborate with employees working to help people live healthier, more productive lives. In this role you will be responsible for supporting various projects for our marketing and internal communications teams, including one internal communication final project and one external communication final project.
- Collaborate with an extensive team of subject matter experts (SMEs) to curate ideas and contribute to an overall content planning process.
- Write compelling content for a range of internal and external channels and audiences.
- Execute projects with cross-functional team members, provide timely responses and updates to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor the execution of content marketing work with an eye toward process improvements that could be made to workflow, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Develop on-brand content that resonates with the unique customers and internal audiences that we need to reach.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop content that is easily amplified on all channels.
- Elevate and uphold the Phillips Medisize brand with internal teams and external resources and platforms.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program that is relevant to this internship.
- Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2026.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Currently enrolled in a master's or MBA program or other relevant master's program, such as Communications, PR, etc.
- Experience in content creation.
- A portfolio of classroom, personal and professional examples that demonstrate your writing capabilities.
- An interest in a career in medical device, pharmaceutical and/or diagnostics marketing.
