Job: Phlebotomist I
Duration: 4 Months
Shift: Monday- Friday 6 am - 3 pm. Rot Sat 7 am - 11 am.

Job Description:
Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification is preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Work Experience:
Minimum of 6 months experience.
One(+) years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.
Additional Job Details:
Must list home city on resume - rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.
Overlapping roles do not count twice.
Candidate must have reliable transportation to get to/from the worksite without issue (bus, Uber, and rideshare are not reliable transportation).
Must be available to work whenever scheduled, BE ON TIME, and stay for the entire shift.
Excessive absenteeism/tardiness is not tolerated and will be cause for termination
Please ensure that you are verifying the commute time to/from the physical work location when submitting candidates.
Candidates need to be within a 20-25 min commute window to ensure their ability to travel to/from the site for coverage.
