We are seeking a Full Time and Part Time WA State credentialed MA-Phlebotomist!
The phlebotomist is a professional representative of the laboratory whose primary function is to provide excellent customer service and venipuncture collection. This position will work collaboratively with all healthcare team members toward positive outcomes for the patient and the organization, perform phlebotomy services, collection and handling of specimens, understanding of department procedures and computerized EMR and Lab Information Systems.
Available Schedules:
**All schedules include a rotating Saturday shift in addition to the hours listed below.**
Salmon Creek, full time (40 hours/week): Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salmon Creek, full time (36 hours/week): Monday, 8:45am to 5:45pm and Tuesday through Friday, 9:45am to 5:45pm
87th Ave,part time (30 hours/week): Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 5:00pm
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
High School diploma or equivalent.
Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist credential required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required.
Minimum of one year of experience using blood collection techniques in a clinical lab setting is preferred.
Ability to calm patients and work under stressful conditions.
Must have reliable and predictable attendance.
Pay Range:

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
