CABS Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative / Outbound Sales Associate to re-engage with existing customers and generate new business opportunities. Utilizing our comprehensive customer database through Service Titan, you will focus on reintroducing our services and upselling to our valued clients. This role is essential to driving customer loyalty and business growth through personalized outreach and excellent customer service. - Customer Service:
- Prioritize and manage outbound calls based on customer needs and operational priorities.
- Maintain and update accurate customer information in the Service Titan database.
- Use company-provided scripts to ensure high-quality and efficient customer interactions.
- Customer Database Re-engagement:
- Identify opportunities within the existing customer database to upsell or promote additional services.
- Re-engage with previous customers through targeted outreach strategies to generate new business.
- Prospect Outreach:
- Contact potential customers from external lists (when applicable), introducing CABS services and creating new engagement opportunities.
- Focus on building relationships during outreach rather than traditional cold calling methods.
- Sales Coordination and Scheduling:
- Schedule follow-up calls, and appointments, and manage the sales pipeline effectively within Service Titan.
- Regularly update and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Building Customer Relationships:
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients through follow-up communications and personalized service.
- Address customer questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term loyalty.
- Product and Service Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends and CABS Heating & Air Conditioning's latest services to provide knowledgeable, effective communication to customers.
- Collaborative Efforts:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including customer service and technical support, to ensure seamless service experiences for all customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2+ years of phone sales and customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Geographic knowledge of the service area and the ability to read maps.
- Experience in the HVAC industry.
- Previous phone sales experience.
- Experience using Service Titan or similar CRM systems.
