ShowingTime+ is seeking an experienced photographer for real estate media market leadership work. Apply your skills to the Real Estate industry by helping lead a team that focuses on capturing high-quality photos, videos, drone imagery, and Zillow’s 3D interactive floor plans to help real estate agents professionally market listings. About the role
This is a full-time position. As the lead photographer, Market Leaders collaborate with their Regional Manager to drive market ownership, align with business goals, and achieve long-term success. Regular meetings, coaching, and open communication foster a supportive team environment, enhancing client experiences and boosting performance. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and have a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
Understand all duties and responsibilities of the market Photographers
Perform all media capture services; photography, 3D tours, drone, twilight & more, at the highest level and utilize backend systems to assist the Regional Manager with leadership tasks
Ability to drive longer distances, covering an area with a 60+ mile radius
Operate as a hybrid of field operations and work from home leadership tasks
Understand Showingtime+’s calendar and notes system, packages, and products at a high level while ensuring your team understands and implements them in their day-to-day operations
Cover last-minute or make-up appointments as needed, when the original photographer is unavailable, or to provide exceptional customer service
Excel in and provide advanced photographer training on program protocols and procedures, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
Be the client facing resource for issue resolution, escalating to the Regional Manager (RM) as needed
Provide timely communication and solutions to ensure a great client experience
Work with the training team to provide on-site training for new hires and conduct shadow sessions, covering various aspects of the role
Communicate with your Regional Manager on topics such as training updates, availability concerns, and gathering client and team feedback
Understand and communicate important updates to your team
Test new technologies and systems, educate photographers on new technologies and systems
Organize monthly team meetings via Zoom to provide support and foster a team atmosphere
Plan and Implement quarterly in-person team morale events
Understand our clientele at a high level, help educate your team while building and maintaining strong relationships
Help with continued training to ensure all photographers are capable of performing all services
Work with your Regional Manager on availability, ensuring 1-3 days in advance booking availability
Be a point of contact for clients and your team(s) across LMS during business hours
Travel for zRetreats to connect in person with the LMS team
Support business growth in your market by occasionally representing LMS at sales events
This role has been categorized as a Field position. “Field” employees perform the majority of their work in a specified geographic location set by their management team. Employees are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance to their region and/or service area. ZG has not defined a reasonable distance and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications regarding time commitment and cost of daily commute.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $17.10 - $27.30 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
An experienced photographer and leader with a talent for capturing high-quality media (preferably within the real estate industry)
Someone with excellent customer service & professional business communication skills (you'll be engaging with the clients daily)
A motivated, detail-oriented person who can efficiently lead others in capturing a home while maintaining the highest quality standards
A punctual professional who always shows up on time and delivers captured media by communicated deadlines
Someone who turns mistakes and issues into positive experiences for clients
An independent worker, comfortable working solo
Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to problem-solve and resolve conflicts effectively
Customer service orientation and a commitment to client satisfaction
Familiarity with media services, scheduling tools, and backend systems
Availability during local business hours (8am-5pm)
Ability to complete all media package services including drone which requires an FAA Part 107 License
