Responsibilities
- Review functional requirements and write technical specifications
- Develop necessary design framework based on the technology stack
- Assign and coordinate the development tasks
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
- Perform code review and suggest coding "Best Practices” to the team
- Coordinate the deployment of code into UAT and production environments
- Research new technologies and develop proof of concept
Qualifications
- 12+ years of software development experience and 4+ years as a technical lead
- Experience as an onsite technical lead for offshore teams
- Experience designing and developing responsive web applications
- Expertise in PHP, Linux, and Apache based application development
- Expertise in JavaScript Frameworks like AngularJS, Node JS, React JS, Express JS, etc.
- Expertise in Databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and SQL Server
- Experience with build systems like Grunt, Gulp, and Web pack
- Experience with versioning systems like CVS, SVN, TFS, and GitHub
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical, logical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written verbal communication skills
